Description

Vancouver Shudokan Karate-do is a small, family owned karate school in East Vancouver. Training focuses on a combination of respect, etiquette, discipline, physical fitness, and self defense. Mental awareness and physical techniques found in the philosophy of Karate-do are emphasized in every class. We don't just offer training in martial arts, we offer a way of life through improving self esteem, sportsmanship, manners, and team work.
Classes sizes are small offering personalized training.
Classes meet Monday through Thursday.
Monday and Wednesday open classes (ages 6 and up, all ranks) hourly from 5:00 - 9:00pm.
Tuesday and Thursday classes are as follows:
kids (ages 6 - 12 years) from 5:00 to 6:00pm,
adults (ages 13 and up) from 6:00 to 7:00pm
open classes (ages 6 and up, all ranks) from 7:00 to 8:00pm, and Brown/Black belt adult classes from 8:00 - 9:00pm.
Cost is $65/mo and students are expected to attend at least 2 hours of class per week, but can attend more.
